Anyone Seen This Outline Cut Path Error?

Have done this before with no problem, now it seems to see a erroneous cut path in the pattern?

Thoughts?

The problem is probably due to the pattern edge being too jagged. Try making the pattern small before making the outline or using floor feather before making the outline.

Very nice piece. I've been trying to use smaller fonts but with no luck. What are the parameters (font, font size, type bit, etc.) you use to get such good results?
