Yes, mine does look smoother. I used an old 7 degree bit and that explains the thin parts. Those holes on the sled are touch points for the bit. It is the Poorman's board carrier that I have been recently posting about.

Oh yeah that'll do it. Interesting on the poor man's carrier. I'll have to find those posts. I made a similar one, but didn't think about making it two rails. That's even better. Thanks
