Hi, I've been asked if I would make a 10' windmill prop. Has anyone ever done this using the CW Machine?

Welcome to the forum. I do not see why one could not do it. 5 ft pieces? Any idea what the prop would look like? Three blade? Unitedcases here on the forum makes full scale models of helicopter blade sections.
This blade is just one piece like a airplane prop. It is how to get the right pitch angle etc on it. I found one in the patterns on CW but do not know if I could stretch it out to 10'
I do not think that propeller blades scale up very well. I would not, for example, scale up a model airplane propeller to be used on a wind mill. It would be very heavy and would not be right for the speed. Do some research on it and see what you can learn.
Thanks,
I've looked on you-tube and found some videos. Looks like a lot of work.
Here is a blade STL I found on GrabCad. If you have Designer 2 or 3, you could scale this up and carve it with the 1/8" deep bit. (I did scale it up to 5 ft long on a 70" X 14.5" X3.125" board)
Thanks,
I will try to scale it up on a 2X6 and give it a try.
