On the rotary jig, the toothed rubber belt tends to jump its wheel track, riding over towards the work piece.
Any suggestions for adjusting this?
Thanks!

Steve Nelson may have some advice. His belt did the same thing and he got a new belt. Does everything look aligned? Maybe try flipping the belt over to see if it is the belt.
A closer look revealed that one of the belt-track rollers was too tight. Loosening it so that the wheel could roll seems to have solved the problem.
My solution was to fix the stripped screw and replace the belt. It seems that there isn't much tolerance for excessive drag and misalignment. I also used Bergerud's modification by placing a washer behind the large gear and behind each idler pulley. While you have it apart, make the countersinks on the large gear a little deeper.
Don't forget to loosen the tiny set screw on the large gear. I didn't and had to replace the center hanger bolt (2 1/2" by 1/4"-20)
