Designer 2 & 3 Users - Update Notification

These software programs have an option that you can select when installing for alerting you whenever there is a new update to the software. It can be turned ON or turned OFF under HELP > Check for Updates Automatically (check mark beside is ON; no check mark is OFF).

If this is selected and we come out with an update (like earlier this week), you will be taken to the update page on our website when you open the Designer software. This does not mean that your software registration is broken, that you need to re-install it or that you have to purchase something. You should 1. be aware of what the feature does and 2. know that you can turn it off or on based on your choice.

I have Version 3.101. How do I download the update, the Carvewright Updates Page is a little confusing to me regarding this. Do I download Version 3.0x? and also how much is the update?

Update is no charge since you already have the upgrade 3.0. Go to 3.0 download and select windows or Mac. Download file install based on your operating system instructions.

Downloaded the update as you described and installed fine. But when launching it asks for my serial number. Tried using my 2.0 to 3.0 but received an error message that the serial number was incorrect. Double checked and tried again but same results. Help please.

Disregard last, tried again after I noticed the CAPS lock was on.

Yeah that damn cap lock key .... Ha
