Those are 1/8 x 7/8. I am not sure if that is oal or loc.

Woodwork is what I do to pay for my tool addiction.
Just use 25.4 mm/in to convert back and forth between mm and inches. (Divide to convert mm -> inches, multiply to convert inches -> mm.)
(3.175 mm)/(25.4 mm/in) = 0.125 in, (22 mm)/(25.4 mm/in)= 0.866 in.
