I need help with the scanning probe. I am able to lay everything out on the sled but the scanning probe will not raise up to go over what is being scanned. What am I doing wrong?

See if the probe is working. Press 0 - 7 and arrow down to the probe test. It should change from closed to open when you deflect the probe.

When I do the test, it does not change. This is the second probe I have gotten.

The display should also change to scan when you plug the prob in. Check the wires from the scanner plug around to the plug in the circuit board beside the y motor.
