Default How to change a square into a circle

I have the "Round Box" project and want to carve a "bark" pattern on the lid but have no idea how to change the bark pattern from a rectangle/square to a circle. I know it can't be that difficult but I've tried everything. Could someone walk me thru this? I have attached the 2 pieces for you to look at.

    Thanks, ChrisRound Box MOM.mpcbark_long_leaf_pine.ptn

Put the bark pattern on the piece you want , then clip inclusive.

Chris, Have the bark "square" overhang the circle on all edges and then clip inclusive, which is under the carving tools, and the overlap on the circle will disappear.

I did not notice the rim on the lid. That makes it a little harder. I made a smaller circle and grouped it with the pattern to get inside the rim. I also changed the lid to additive so the bark would curve with the lid.

    Thanks Bergerud, I missed that.
