State of Louisiana outline

I'm looking for a pattern of the State of Louisiana that can be cut out. I tried scanning a picture, but it doesn't work for me.

When I made the PA State cut out... I took a picture and made it a pattern. I then turned off Perspective View in Designer to end paralax from side to side of the screen. I then made a 14 inch wide board and placed the state pattern on the board as big as I could. I then used the Line Segment and Connect Line and manually traced the outline. Being SURE to make sure the end node glows red to CONNECT the line. Use curved lines as needed. The trick is that the last segment must connect to the first making a complete path. When you have a complete path go back and clean up the lines. THEN use the Carve Region on your outline then select OUTLINE Carve Region and use THAT outline as it is cleaner for your Cut Path.

If when you are done and connect the last node to the first and the carve region does not highlight then that tells you that one of the nodes is not connected. It must be like xmas Lights, all nodes connected for a closed path. Toggle End Points works to find open nodes.

Learning manual trace and then breaking the nodes and adding a new area like a base leads to some interesting projects. In the first 2 pictures I even did a manual trace carve region in the feet area of the deer making for a nicer project. I even did a 2 sided version.
