    Default Can't do anything

When I open the designer software it wants me to register my software again. When I try to register by computer, it can't connect to the registration server.
When I try to go to carvewright to log into my customer account to make sure I am using the right log in information, I directed to a screen that says a fatal error has occurred and someone has been notified.
Anyone else having this problem? If this is a server issue, how long does it usually take to resolve. I really want to do some stuff today and now I am in a holding pattern.

If anyone has a unit that is working, preferably if you have the rotary jig... Can you make a magic wand and wave it in the air to fix the down servers?
