    Default Traction belts?

Can anyone tell me if it matters about the sand paper belts or those rubber belts?

I've read that you have to calibrate the machine if you get the rubber belts....is this true??

I got a new pair of sand paper traction belts in the mail last Wednesday and last night I took one out the bag and it came apart in my hand......guessing a defect......I know I'm calling LHR tomorrow after I get off from work to tell them that I'm not pleased with this......I could have gotten another carving finished and made an extra $100....but now I've got to wait another week!!!!

    George,

Yes you do need to do a X calibration step after installing the rubber belts since the rubber belts are thicker.
