    Can anyone show me what center line text looks like compared to raster or outline thanks harold

    Here is a screen shot. You should be able to see the difference yourself. When setting up your text select the type you want in the little drop down box in the text tool window.

    If you get Centerline, you really should also get Conforming Vectors. Raster carved text can be made to follow the shape of the carved surface where you place it, say on a dome. Centerline and all vector carves only carve on the origional flat surface. If the surface has been carved away, the centerline will not show. Conforming Vectors allows vector carves, including Centerline, to follow a carved surface.
