    If the Cut Motor starts in the beginng of a project and tells you CCM or Check Cut Motor and you press ENTER and everything is back to normal then that is OK... The machine looked at the motor speed and was not happy.... It happens... as the motors age...

    If it stops and you get a STALL then it can be:

    The Brushes are worn usually about 350 cut hours. We recommend replace every 250.

    Or the right side cover switch is not making good contact. Right is on the return power path of the motor as a safety when the cover is open.

    Or the X Termination Board under the machine has a problem. Q1 turns on the Cut Motor and C1 Capacitor has been know to snap off one leg and cause. Also on the board are 2 Optical Couplers that can go bad... Or like has been posted a few times, the copper Traces burn UP....
