sendind pictures of a project ive designed

can anyone help me. im trying to send pictures of a project that i designed for a friend by email that i saved in the designer but cant seem to get er done,can anyony give me instructions on how its done any help would be cool.

Take a screen capture of the design. Windows has the "snipping tool" that works great for this.

From the windows search box, usually located in the programs menu, type "snipping" and press enter. This will bring up the snipping tool dialog box. Click on "New" then drag select the area you want to capture.
