how do I do a .25 radius on the four out side edges using the extrude tool ? I tried one way and just got a .25 x .25 radius on the corner tried another way and have gotten a arc from one end to the other.

Is this what you are after? You have to extrude all four sides separately.

Thank you Floyd, I have done the extrude tool for the vertical but not the horizontal, the button that changes it is on the left hand side which I wouldn't of seen cause all the main buttons are on the right hand side. So I learned something new ...
