    Default Centerline Tutorial

I have tried to use the one on carvewrights home page but I have no luck. I have 2.05 and it don't compute with what they tell me to do. Is it not up to ate or is it me? Thanks

I guess we need more information.
    What is the specific problem?
Are you trying to do Centerline in a carve-region
    without Conforming Vector software?

To make Ken's question more clear - Centerline will only carve on the surface. If you try to put it in a carved out region it will disappear. CarveWright finally added Conforming Vectors (after years of complaining from us) that allows vector carving (Centerline is Vector carving) to follow any contour that has just been carved. $50 add-on and worth the price. When I sell these machines I always insist that the buyer get Centerline and Conforming Vectors to get the most from their machine.

I have both of those Programs. The 2 that I am trying to read the tutorial and then go through the same steps on my software are the address sign and the white maple leaf. I never see the white maple leaf, when I get to the step to import it all I get is a silhouette of a cowboy on the carvewright ranch. When doing the address sign , Also, I got a lot of ,"gui stopped working" and I have to start over from where I saved it last. I never did get all the way through it without a crash.

Check your pattern library. I found that if you have too many patterns stored there, you'll get gui crashes all day long. I only keep the patterns I'm using at the time in the library then delete them at the end of the project.

Thanks..............I thought I had it pretty well clean. I have only had this about a month or so. I have very few of my own patterns. Most are carvewright patterns
