    Default What is happening!!!!!! Ugggg

OK, I have carved 3 of my 4 board sign. When I go to carve my last board (14"x72"x3/4 Mahogany) I get the same problem.

It measures the board fine, asks for the 2 bit types fine, then pushes the board out to the right, and says routing figure. Which it just sits their for a bit doing nothing, then says possible board removal.

Of course it says possible board removal! Because it removed the board to the left when it wanted to start the carve. How do I stop this. My machine is taunting me

Tried this on both my memory cards, and then upgraded to 4.005 and still the same.

This could be a simple roller switch problem. Check the operation of the roller switches in the sensor check menu.

You had me jumping for joy. But unfortunately the roller switches pass, as does all other.
I made a new board, coppied over the 3 patterns and fromated the memory card. Gave it anther try and get the same.

It is possible that your board is raising up when it rolls all the way out to the end...check your outfeed trays for level and adjust them to keep the board from dropping on that end...Sounds like you have the settings NOT to stay under rollers correct? If so...when the board rolls out at the end before carving it is lifting up slightly off of the tracking roller due to the weight of the board. Head pressure may also be an issue...double check it.

Is it the mpc or the machine? Go back to the last carve and pretend you are going to carve it. Do you get the same problem?

Good idea. My head pressure is 77-79lbs. I think that is ok.

Ok its official. Not the machine. Loaded last carve, same size and it started to carve, so I stopped it. Finding 4 Mahogany boards .75 x 14 x 72 is not easy to do, so do not want to mess up the last one as the other 3 are done.

Now what? What could be wrong with my carve above, that would cause the machine to move the board to the right as it starts to carve?
