Default Red release handle coming loose

I tried searching, but I think the terms are too generic!

The red release handle hex screw keeps coming loose. My husband would like to put Loctite on it. If this is a good thing to do, what color? Green (whimpy), blue (for slip fit app), or red (get the torch out to remove).
There is a red colored end to the screw, but I try not to presume

I would get input from LHR. I know here are some plastics that Loctite destroys.

I have not used my locking handle since 2007... Not many do... Blue would be the way to go...

Thank you gentlemen! Since I use extension rollers, there didn't seem to be a need for it. Not to mention with the DC hood on it is darn hard to get to
