The firmware asks for the bits in sort of reverse order of when they will be used. In setup your were asked for the V bit, that registered then you were asked for the carving bit and that registered then the raster craving started. Then the raster carving was completed, the Y truck parked in the middle and asked for you to reinstall the V bit to do the vector carving. Did you do that?

I am not sure. Since in the beginning when it ask for the v-bit, I discounted in my mind that it would ask me for it again. The display was dark when I got to it and since the cut motor had quit, I assumed it was done. But now that I think about it, the cut motor had went to center instead of home. My bad. You guys are sure a lot of help and I can't thank you enough for your help.

Feedback for you guys. I pulled up the pattern again and deleted all but the goal post. Checkmarked the conform box, selected the 60 degree bit, renamed the project to "no carve". Uploaded it to the card, put the board back into the machine and it carved the goal post. Thanks to all very much.
