probably about 12 hours not including the computer work. 6 hours carving and another 6 painting and assembly, trimming the boards. I tend to build and modify as I go along. was nice being able to paint and then assemble. Originally I was going to make it from 1/2 inch MDF with thin rials on the sides. I had already cut the ends to 25 inches. Then I decided to use 3/4 on the sides for strength. So it was a small mod.Originally Posted by SteveNelson46
