    Default Printing you work

    How do you print your carve project? Would like to print the projects to put in a book. Or how do you guys get those fancy gold pictures of your carvings!

    Do you mean pictures from what is showing in the Designer window?

    Yep! Exactly! I see a print button when I print it come out on 2 sheets of paper. I would also like to be able to send people proofs of work right from designer.

    use the snipping tool that comes with windows vista and windows 7 and 8. If you have xp you need to use print screen function key.

    Try King Kong Capture if it works on a mac, it is free.

    On a Mac select, preview, drop down file menu, select screen shot.

    Command, shift, 4. Then select the area you want to show. It's a shortcut to select the area for a screen shot. After you press all 3 keys your mouse icon will change and you'll be able to click and drag a box over the area to select. When you release the click it'll take a snap shot. If you haven't changed you screen shot saving place they selected area will now be on your desktop.

    I use SnagIt made by Techsmith. A great program that allows you to capture any part or all of the screen. Also has editing of the captured image so you can highlight, draw arrows, etc. Many more features but, it's not real cheep. ($50.00) They have a MAC version also.
