Is it a two-sided carve?
If so, it is warning you that the depth of the cut on one side goes beyond center (or the depth of cut on the other side) I think.

Yes it is a two sided carve. Should I stop it?

Probably not; If my guess is right it is probably wanting you to make sure that it does not cut out your tabs,
or alerting you to the possibility of some detail being changed by the cut from the other side.
Let us know what you find out from this experience.

If that is a purchased pattern, you should not be posting it.
I see no problem other than it is liable to break apart
when being carved for lack of supporting material.
You might be lucky and have it stay together.

I see a few issue the numbers seem deep, and the inside pockets will need tabs.
It means that there is a pattern on both sides and they will overlap at depth. Generally you don't want to do this. Even if the patterns are mirrors back to back there will be nothing to hold the patterns in place. If the patterns are not back to back mirrors they will be cut into the back of each other. DON'T ASK ME HOW I KNOW THIS...
EDIT: This happens a lot when a bit is assigned to a vector (path) and set to an assigned depth on both sides instead of using the cut path feature. In this case the pattern is set to "pierced" on both sides.

You will always get that message if you have carving on both sides of the board and the depth of both together equals more than the thickness of the board. If they do not touch each other there is no problem. It is just telling you that it will carve all the way through the board if the two are in line with each other. If one is at one end and one is at the other end.... no problem.
I have gotten this on single sided carves when the carve is deeper than the board thickness. Basically to me in this case, it states there are no tabs and pattern will be cutout. Had it this past weekend with a single sided pattern. I use sleds for these deep carves.
