Mike will have to call in to release the machine to you.

Can you not have the original owner get the code?

Just got an email from Mike asking about this and what to do. I think since he did not officially register the machine through the system his on line customer account will not show the un lock code. You might have to wait until Monday when Mike can call CW to release the machine ID so then you can register in under your name and then get the unlock code off your on line account.

If Mike did not officially register the machine, then Henry can register it and get the unlock code.

Did you try to add the machine to to your online account? If it was never registered, you can just register it can't you?.

When I try to register here what I get
    • The serial number you entered is already registered by a different customer.
