    Default Help with closing vectors

I'm confused on drawing lines and then closing vectors so I can create a cut path. How do I draw several separate lines and arcs and then link them together so I can cut out the shape I have made? I know this is a really basic thing, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

    Thanks In advance

With both pieces selected, drag one end point onto the other and you will see a red X. Now the curves are connected as one. To check which end points yet to be connected, Toggle Non-End points under the view menu.

(The connecting is easier if the end points are snapped to a grid.)

Every one has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.
