Lost my 'Designer Free' program.

Today, I experienced an issue with my PC: one that I didn't know how to, otherwise, surmount. So I restored my computer to a system image file that I had created, some months ago. Consequently, I lost all of the programs which had been installed after that system image creation. The only program that I am concerned about is the Free Designer program that I had recently installed, in anticipation of my CW. I don't remember WHERE I downloaded it from, and all of my recent searchings proved to be fruitless. Could someone please inform me of where I need to go to re-download that program again?

I had looked everywhere that I could think - and could find nothing. Now, I can get back in stroke on learning this program.
