Default Can someone give me a "hand"?

Ok i'm looking for something specific, I'm pretty sure nobody has ever done this but maybe one of you have something close. I'm wanting to make a paddle... yes a spanking type paddle. What I'm envisioning is a hand paddle; the main part a flat hand, with part of the arm, then have a part of bone on the end to be a handle. Anyone got an idea where to start?? Closest image I found attached. Your assistance is appreciated.

Here is something I just "slapped" together. I have no idea what is would carve like.

That would totally work, thanks!! I'm going to try it and see what happens. Perhaps I can put a piece of dowel with a little shaping in the end for the "bone". I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks so much!!!

Just thought I would post a pic of the finished project for this thread. Used Honduran Mahogany because that's what I found that was a full 1" thick in my wood rack. Dimensions are approx. 8" wide and 16" long. Came out pretty cool.

Came out great. I would not want to be on the receiving end of a spanking from that hand! lol
