Where did I get my 1/4" shank, 1/8 square cut, 4 flute end mill ??

Maybe an odd title, but I have been using an upcut end mill in a collet for my cutting bit (for over a year now). Well, Ive worn the couple I have out and cant remember where I got them.

Any ideas for a website that carries these at a reasonable price ?? Need 1/4" shank with 1/8" cutter, "long" 3 or 4 flute, right hand, upcut with 1" (or so) flute length.

I last paid around $9 a piece for solid carbide. I see some $22 ones that are the same thing, but would like the "regular" price.
