Looking forward to seeing you there! I to spent about 10 minutes getting the gal trying to find our event, not sure how many times I spelled out CarveWright and LHR until she finally found it.

Strange...one would think the hotel staff could easily "find us" by now. Connie and/or Lori will likely whip 'em into shape!

I thought so as well. I even used Connie's suggestion she posted about spelling it out to them. I also told her that several had already mentioned some of the confusion when trying to book rooms and that they had better luck going through the front desk.

The reservations are done by a third party company; not at the actual hotel. I'm told it is under CarveWright.

I'm having problem don't know what the date for the conference June 26-28 and come in the night of 25th? what city in Houston. will we need rental cars? what the cost of the conference and how much are the rooms what all covered in the cost of conference?
