    Default a custom day bed

Here is a custom day bed frame I made for a customer. I did not totally cut the 1 1/2" material with carvewright. I just designed them on the software and cut a 1/8" deep path. Then I cut them with a jig saw, sanded and routed. Next I screwed em all together with 6" timber screws. Kind of fast and nasty but money was not there for mortise and tenon joinery.

Very nice. I never thought of using the carvewright to create a pattern to cut with something else.

Thank you, I constantly find more awesome things to build. This machine opens the door to projects that are just too difficult or time consuming to do by hand.
