Remove the Y-Motor and release the tension from the opposite side. Attach it to the pulley on the non-key pad side first, then place the Y-motor in with the belt on it back in and seat it before re-tensioning the pulley.
Thanks Chris....i'm having a tough time getting the screws out from the belt retaining clamp...them babies are in tight.

I wound up stripping the heads of the two screws..but I got them out..Hoping I can pick them up at lowes

Just be careful the screw heads don't make contact with anything while they are moving!

Measure twice... and then sneak up on it!
Best to use a magnetic screwdriver to get the little screws back in, it's kind of tight, also make sure you get the retainer all the way in and down otherwise it
will not clear the side of the CW and gie you a y-axis error.

While the Y Motor is out... A good time to replace the Y gearbox bearings... 685ZZ is the number... 2 of them.
