    Default Wood Selection?

Has anyone ever carved with cedar. Are there any problems? This will be my first carve
in cedar and I was just wondering if there are any problems that I should be aware of.
    Thanks John

Aromatic cedar carves very well with little clean up. Western Red Cedar is much softer and leaves more "fuzzies". The only problem I have had is when sanding it is very easy to sand too much and leave an indentation in the wood.
