    Default outline a pattern

    I just got off the phone with the Fire Chief and I'm donating their logo back to them, this is the pattern that he sent me, I don't how to get the outline pattern button to work I'm sure it's a simple solution but I don't know it. Could I once again get some help... thank you !!

    You will have to get rid of the white background during the import process with the raise / lower button on the left hand side during the import image process.

    OK, I got that part now I can't get the cut path to work I have lines all over the place tried the trim tool to no avail and tried the toggle end points and still didn't work. what other arsenal is there?

    Select only the path that is the one that you want to cut (from View > Carving List). Delete all of the other paths that you do not need.

    I imported and there are a lot of stray pixels on the image. Use pattern editor to erase those. (Double click it in Pattern Library to open it in pattern editor.)

    I have the patterns done I did have some garbage in there and deleted them I have one I made pattern with the puff tool and the other a strait pattern and cut them both out with the outline tool. again thank you Connie. I will post them when I get them finished!!

    Just a word of caution to not actually post your hard work as a pattern or mpc as it will be copied by one of our members then he adds it to his for sale package on eBay... Don't feed the trolls.... A Screen Shot would be nice but not something he could sell.... The Grayscale Photo will likely be added to his package as was some of my stuff. eBay makes money so they look the other way.

    I think the black will show as a background as much as the white. The pic should be in png or gif format to remove the background.

    Can the background not be easily removed with the magic wand in the PE?
