    Default Straight out of the machine

    I have some weathered barn lumber so was just practicing on a piece. Now I know it will do it I will adjust and make second jeep bigger, did have some breakaway on it. Im thinking its hickory.

    The kind that grow in the woods !! Heres a few but mostly morels, Black, grays, whites, yellows.

    Just checking to see if were where going to get some psychedelic carvings in the future ... BTW.. Those shrooms look great... Good job...

    That is probably Tulip Wood / Poplar. (Very common for old barns in Michigan to be sheeted with Tulip Wood) Hickory is very hard.

    Go north 1-75,176 miles than a tad to the west . If you go east you'll be up there where the elk roam. Lots of them there also.

    Shroom hunters are so secretive. Got my own spots but your pics of the drying screens made my mouth drool. Don't get them that big where I hunt.
