Using the dimensions of the keyhole bit, just carve around a 'peg' region with the keyhole bit itself.
Create a keyhole w/ depth 0.38.
Create a rectangle carve region of depth 0.38.
Drop a circle of radius 0.175 into the region. Make it a region, and set its depth to 0.
Drop an arc of radius 0.27 around the peg, not connecting the endpoints, but extending them outward with horizontal vectors.
Assign the 1/8 cutting to the arc/line vector at a depth of 0.38.
When carving, it asks for the 1/8" cutter - just put the keyhole in at that time (unless you're doing other cutouts, then choose a different bit when you design the arc/line vector).
