    Another Project completed for an Army First Sergeant. Her troops commissioned this for her.

    Carved in walnut. ( Thank you Darren from D&M WoodWorks awesome wood at an excellent price).

    This one heading to Hawaii.

    That turned out great. Walnut is one of my favorites to work with. My sinuses don't like it though.

    Designer 2.007, Designer 3.102, Pattern Editor, Centerline, Conforming Vectors, 2d Tools, 3d Tools, DXF Importer, STL Importer and Rotary Jig.

    Awesome job chief- walnut is awesome (the only thing more awesome is air-dried walnut)

    So the rank chevron is about 11x 19-20"? The more I look at it the better I really like it!

    Yes the insignia is finished out at 11 x 20. Carve Quality BEST setting with bit at optimization at BEST.

    The walnut really worked out great I got it from one of the forum members, dehrlich - here is his website link http://kansaswood.com/Lumber.html
