    If the hardware acceleration is turned off in preferences, no litho viewer. Could that be it?

    Very positive. My laptop is still running 2.002 and my PC, the one that has the problem, is running 2.004.

    Have you been to the preferences dialog? Edit - Prefereces - 3d Graphics. If Graphics Acceleration is off, the litho viewer will be gone.

    Your probably right bergerud mine is working fine on 2.04

    I just changed my settings and sure enough the litho view is gone.. Great catch sir!

    For the litho tool to show up the driver needs to support OpenGL 2.1 or higher.
    It should report the OpenGL version found in the cwlog.txt
    It sounds like you might need to update your video card driver.
