    Default photo clean up

    I was doing this carve for a graduation gift for a woman that just got her masters degree I was supposed to do it right before Christmas but couldn't get the picture out of the frame, I was afraid of tarring the picture, well the husband got the picture out and I scanned it but I can't get it to clean up. I really need help on this one. would someone please help. thank you.

    I do not know if this will help but I was playing with a demo of Crazy Bump. The mpc was too big to to upload so I called it a pdf. Change it back to mpc. Try the program Crazy Bump.

    I can't help with the cleanup, but I will say there have been times when I could just not get something to scan well no matter what settings I used, but if I took a picture with my digital camera it came out a lot better. Your mileage may vary.

    I couldn't get the pdf file to open, but I managed to get the rest open thanks bergerud your a life saver....

    The pdf was not a pdf. No matter, I think the second try was better thanks to RogerB's retouched picture. Still funny noses though.

    The image is very dark, I do have a sketch program, but the image in not very good. hope this helps. The MPC was too large to post- 1.75 MB
