Default A few new Items for the fall shows

1 customer had a hard time with the LSU over Alabama on the House Divided sign,
but I told him my machine had a hard time fitting LSU on the bottom of the sign.
    He will pick it tomorrow.
The others will be in my yard sign display and Louisiana sign will be in my man cave area.

Great signs! Can I ask you what the finish/method of finishing was used. Did you seal (shellac/poly), paint then seal over it all again? I'm trying to get a nice finish that shown the beauty of the wood and has some colored lettering to it.

The signs came out very well. I really like the one for your man cave. Well done.

I do many signs in Cypress, with that said, the paint will tend to bleed into the wood along the edges of the "V" groove lettering. I seal just the lettering area with a lite coat of Helmsman spar urethane, since most of my signs will go outside, I then paint the letters, weather they are raised or centerline, with Krylon Acrylic
latex enamel, when this is dry, I sand off the excess paint off the center line text and apply the final coat of spar urethane over the complete project, thus sealing the whole area from the weather. This works for me.
