I need a little guidance, I want to put the a small arc on the top of the peace sign with a hole in it to mount to the wall or a string for it to hang to but I can't manage to get the cut out around the arc not without haveing it cut out around the outside circle. I have tried my arsinal of what I know and ca'nt seem to get it ...thanks in advance.

What I would do is use the Arc tool to make the circle and wall hanger one.

Forget the big circle. Select the small arc and draw another arc connected to each side of it. Now drag the radius of the new arc to make it as large the big circle.

bergerud, I did what you said and that was easy, but I can't get the cut path or the outline to light up.

Weld the arc end points together. (Toggle Non-Endpoints under the view menu to see which ones need welding)

never mind I got to play with the buttons and got it on my own I appreciate the help !!!!!... It's always the easiest solution that is the hardest!!!
