    Default This weeks signs

Here are some of the signs I completed this week. The halibut sign is carved in redwood and is 36" X 18". The picture is carved in maple and the black sign with the palm trees "it's Friday somewhere" was purchased from TerryT.

The Washington signs still my favorite. Where are they going?

Great work on the Picture sign. Care to share your settings for this. I haven't tried a photo yet but am really anxious to try one. PJS

Another great group for me to study/investigate. Your posts are "required reading" for me as I learn more about this machine and finishing.

    All signs look great Tom.

    Once again very very good.

    The Picture is out standing.
Long to do some pistures in wood, some time.

Thanks my friends for the comments and I am glad you are enjoying looking at them. Kennelmaster the portrait carvings settings never change for me. Always invert you picture. The depth is .180 height is 80, best optimized. The picture is very lightly stained. Since I took that picture I painted the background to make the picture pop.
