They have to ask all the questions and document for warranty approval. If other one works and you know all connections were solid, it's pretty obvious. Mention this thread and give them a chance to read it. May speed things up.

NOW went to carve and get the famous 06-0313. Checked everything all wires are plugged and tight. When I do the test on the Z it shows the code 06-0313 nothing happens. when power isn't on everything moves fine by hand.

Check the FSC Cable and be sure it was not pulled out slightly and loose... It provides power to the Z.

Since you were messing with the board sensor cable, it is possible you pulled it down and it has cut the insulation on the sharp edge.. Check numbers again.... If machine fails to home you can unplug the top and try again so see if with the cable un plugged the machine homes.

When you turn the machine on and start a project, does the Z go up and down then the Y left and Right?

I checked the FSC unplugged and plugged back. When I turn the machine on it doesn't move at all. No up or down or back and forth

Then try un plugging the board sensor cable on the top connector and try again.... See picture... Could be shorted on the sharp edge now...

Changed the circuit board on the z-track head and now all is working fine. Now to call LCR and hopefully get the board and the board sensor so I can get my old machine running again.
