    Floyd if I used darked gray scale would that make a better pattern

    Very possible. I did have to work this one over a good amount to get all of the real high peaks flattened out.

    Is there a way to do the outline of the pattern?...its a nice pattern..being here in florida and in a fishing comunity I think people would like it.

    Just select the pattern and use the outline tool...
