We are in escrow, however it depends on the appraisal. I think I mentioned before we were very interested in a smaller house 1256 sq. Ft. 4 bedroom 2 bath on a corner lot. The company flipped the house very nicely, but they were asking way too much money for the house. We made an offer the didn't even respond back to us. They then lowered the price close to the FHA appraisal of $170,000. They lowered the price to $189,000 and we offered $185,000 using a conventional loan. I am not sure if the appraiser will go higher, but we are praying it will! The house next door is a 3/2 1280 sq. ft. house with a pool that needs a total remodel that is pending for $169,900. So it is a good chance our house will appraise higher?

For those who have been praying thank you and I ask for prays the appraisal will go through! We would really not like to be accepted and have the appraisal fall through! Well that is my current update! I am hoping to go to many real estate offices and give them a flyer to buy signs for house gifts. If not I will try getting a job at Home Depot or Lowes!
