    Not trying to hindsight anyone...

I can't tell from the pics if those wires sit in individual tracks or a tunnel.
    Just an idea,
    1) Tape wires down to the track.
    2) Tape wires into a cluster.
    3) Spiral wrap / cable wrap may not fit but would help.
    4) I would avoid woven wrap, because it does not trap the wires.

Edit..your post said "channel", I'll read closer next time.

    Picture of spiral wrap.

There is not much room in the channel the spiral wrap would not fit. I bet that if it is assembled properly (no wires hanging out) it is OK. I agree that a bit of tape may help keep them in the channel.

    Default 246 Axis Stall

Error code message automatically to send to C/W. Does anyone know if they can communicate online with the program or memory card?
Is there a list of error code descriptions with a quick fix for some users? The error code list could help with many small problems.

no there isn't. We're compiling one but your error messages don't come to me. They go to software guys for patterns I think.

I give up. I did not know that I had to be an electrician to use this machine. I can understand normal maintenace, oiling here and there, clean out all chips, replace bits as needed and so on. But this is to much. Can someone please give me an answer to fixthis 246 error code that does not mean that I have to tear this thing apart and solder and so on. I am having enough trouble with getting depressed and this is about my limit.

Without a better description of your symtoms it's very hard to offer assistance.

    What fun would that be?
Much more entertaining if we give answers like: stand on one foot and cluck like a chicken and if that doesnt work.......

    lol
Why don't they ever clear a neighborhood to plant a forest instead of the other way around.
