    Default key pad

I can't seem to find any info in trouble shooting guide on a not working key pad. I can turn machine on, enter on project and not go any farther..... Any ideas?

You may try reformat the transfer card, then make sure you have latest software.

Not much info to go on, but, One of the most common problems with the keypad is the connection coming loose on the ribbon cable.

Remove the Left Keypad Side and inspect the connectors like posted above and look at the most outer wire in the ribbon cable for a pinched and broken wire. So the LCD is displaying? Any Dented Keys as in stuck in all the time?

Also check the connectors on the Computer below. Un Plug first.... So Shocks allowed...
