    Default computer lost license

I started my designer software today and it said it was unregistered. This is one of two computers I currently have the software on. I tried to reregister it and it said i'm out of licenses. When I go the site it won't let me reset my registrations or let me unregister an existing computer. Any ideas?

Don't you just love it when you can't even use the machine you bought because someone else has control?

Try to download the license file and resister using it. Otherwise you have to wait until tomorrow for LHR to open.

I would suggest calling them. I had a part break and sent them two emails with attachments each a day apart, on a Monday and Tuesday. I finally called this past Thursday and found out they didn't even look at the emails. No apology. Sucks. And even with warranty parts, they get you with their $12.00 handling charge. I hope this was an aberration as I hate to think this is the regular quality of their service. So again, call them or else you may be waiting longer than expected.

Shane, call LHR on Monday. They will remove the license on the PC you can not get registered. Then you can register it again.

Running a security update will cause you to need to reregister because it changes your computer id.
