I have been contacted to make this logo into a sign. I thought it would be simple and got it fairly close using gimp but the customer wants a larger sign roughly around 12" wide by 3ft long and when I enlarge it, it does not look smooth and alot of rought spots seem to show. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't know why it gets fussy. I did delete the Rectangle but that should not matter. Let me know if this works.

Thanks guys. I appreciate it. All of them look better than mine and will definately work. Each one actually has a slightly different look to it. I will show the customer and see what he likes.

I got out the calculator and determined the cost to turn it into 3D would end up at $13.20

Thanks Alan, I will definately keep you in mind for future projects. I think the mpc's others provided will work just fine for this one.

Thanks for the help on the pattern guys! I really like the way it came out and I sent a picture to the customer and he loved it. It is about 12" wide by 3ft long. I am delivering it this saturday morning.
My photos have the background because I post my work in a photo gallery on my website.
