    Default Kiddie tops

I just thought I would share an idea my wife hit me with this mourning. When we go to the local craft shows or farmers markets I try to always take a small lathe. I make and sale a ton of little tops with it and even do custom ones with the customer watching it spin and doing its design right there.

I sale a stock top what ever design is out for 5$
If they want to design the top and I cut it to there design it is 8$

My wife asked why not cut a small box with the carvewright to be sold with the tops, just something simple, that could hold each one. If it could use some of my scrap material glued up, that 5$ top would be a 20$ easy built money maker.

I assume you are talking about small spinning tops. Don't see those much anymore.

A box sounds like a great idea.
