3D Art sellers

Those of us to have tried it all like Vector Art. Has anyone tried 3DClipArt.net? They don't sell in a .ptn format like Vector Art, although they claim to give your money back if you are not satisfied. The problem there is I sent them an email about the format question over a week ago and have not gotten a reply so I can just imagine their turn around time on a refund.

I understood fro James at VecterArt that it was quite an effort to translate all their files to PTN for us. Those files from 3d clipart won't work for us.
