    Default somthing simple

I had some one ask me to reproduce some old corner blocks ,somtimes called targets, they are 5" sq. 1" thick. he only need 10 so specal ordering of a drill press cutter was to much cost . I tried scaning the block but just was not crisp .

    Then the light came on!

    TRY this

    open new board 6 x6 x 1 .
Draw circle set .75 dim 1/2 " Classical bit set depth .315 ,center both ways ,-
Draw circle set 1.5" dim I chose 1/2 " 60/v Bit but used 1/2 vaning bit set at .20 center both ways
Draw 5" Sq box use 60 v bit or 1/4 round over bit a .15

I would show pattern but I think you will have more fun seeing it come together

    To easy to believe

I made a bunch of 'plinth blocks' (same thing) 3 1/4" sq. for a guy with one of the carved rosettes. If I remember correctly, I put 34 of 'em on a 10 ft. board.
